My apps aren't locking.
Intervention needs Screen Time access. Open Intervention › You › Settings and check that Screen Time says On; tap it to fix it. If Screen Time itself is off in iPhone Settings, turn it on there first. Also check Locks › Edit to make sure the apps are picked.
How do I take a break?
On Today, tap I need a break, pick 5, 15 or 30 minutes and hold the button for 3 seconds. A break resets your streak. Your apps lock again when it ends; tap Lock it now to end it early.
How do I change my character, how harsh they are, or swearing?
You › Settings. Tap your character to swap, How hard for Mild, Spicy or Unhinged and swearing, and Talk out loud to mute the voice. The swap button on Today works too.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Intervention › Cancel Subscription. Or in the app: You › Settings › Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I got a new phone and lost my subscription.
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then You › Settings › Restore purchases.
How do I remove all the locks?
You › Settings › Redo setup takes every lock off and starts setup again. Deleting the app also removes its locks.
How do I delete my data?
You › Settings › Delete my data. It removes everything Intervention saved on your phone, deletes your anonymous account and takes off every lock. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does Intervention see which apps I use?
No. Apple's Screen Time gives the app sealed tokens, not app names, and they never leave your phone.
